Robert R. (Bob) Stone
Mr. Stone is Managing Director/Investments and is involved in sourcing and executing deals for E2M as well as working to qualify opportunities for investment. Prior to E2M, he worked for Capmark Finance in the commercial mortgage finance group where he provided advisory and capital-raising services to commercial real estate clients. Prior to Capmark, he was Senior Vice President-Real Estate Construction Lending at Guaranty Bank in Dallas. Earlier, he worked for Koll Company as Vice President-Acquisitions. He began his real estate career with First Republic Bank in Dallas. Mr. Stone attended the University of Oklahoma where he received both his Bachelor of Business Administration degree and his Master of Business Administration degree.
