David M. Jacobs
David Jacobs is a founder and partner of E2M. In his role, Mr. Jacobs is responsible for the firm’s financial operations in addition to his responsibility as a member of the E2M Investment Committee. His background includes over twenty–five years’ expertise in the real estate industry as a founder and partner of Eiger; the CFO of Rosewood Property Company; the director of finance for Property Company of America; the executive vice president of International Investment Advisors; and a founder of Dalcor Financial, Inc. At the start of his career, he worked for Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in the audit group. Mr. Jacobs, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting with highest honors from Baylor University. He is a board member of the Real Estate Financial Executives Association and a member of The Real Estate Council.
