Herb Goodman
Herb Goodman is responsible for new investment underwriting, due diligence and asset management activities for E2M. His background has included the development of restaurants, country clubs, commercial offices and apartments. At 2M Companies, Mr. Goodman focused on asset management, leasing and due diligence; at Consolidated Restaurants, Inc., he was vice president of development and franchising; and at La Madeline Restaurants, he served as director of development. In addition, he was president of the design and construction subsidiary of ClubCorp, the world’s largest country club developer. Mr. Goodman started his career in commercial office and apartment development in Austin, Texas. He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture degree with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas and Oklahoma and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as a member of the City of Dallas Tax Increment Finance Board for Deep Ellum.
