The one-story buildings, ranging in size from 47,000 to 92,000 square feet, are hybrid products that offer combinations of office / industrial space. The development is located in vibrant northwest Austin and is easily accessed from multiple high-traffic-count thoroughfares in the area. The firm has made this investment to capitalize on the proven expertise of the developer, the strong and expanding economy of Austin, improving highway accessibility, and the low vacancy rates in the area.
