Jonathan Harper
As a member of the E2M asset management and underwriting team, Jonathan Harper participates in the due diligence process as well as other opportunities that involve deal sourcing and structuring. Mr. Harper’s former experience with Trammell Crow Company included a number of positions such as site selection consultant in London, England, where he managed a broker network across Europe and Asia Pacific. As a senior associate, he negotiated and managed build-to-suit transactions and developed real estate portfolio strategies on behalf of his clients. Mr. Harper attended Wake Forest University where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in political science and his Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
