Jill Rodriguez
Jill Rodriguez is a member of the underwriting team at E2M. Her responsibilities include investment analysis, market research, property assessments, financial projections, and cash flow evaluations. Prior to joining E2M, Ms. Rodriguez was a member of the underwriting team at Eiger. Earlier, she served as a financial analyst in the syndications division of NationsBanc Montgomery Securities. Ms. Rodriguez graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with honors from Southern Methodist University. She is currently a member of the Real Estate Financial Executives Association.
