Joshua Sepkowitz
Joshua Sepkowitz is involved in sourcing and executing transactions and is a member of the underwriting team at E2M. As an underwriter his responsibilities include investment analysis, market research, property assessments, financial projections and cash flow evaluations. In addition to sourcing and servicing transactions, he also contributes to investor relations. Prior to joining E2M, Mr. Sepkowitz was a financial analyst at Southwest Securities in the mergers and acquisitions group. Earlier, he served as a member of the underwriting team at Eiger, the predecessor firm to E2M. Mr. Sepkowitz graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He obtained his Master of Business Administration degree and graduated with honors from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
