Mark D. Van Kirk
Mark Van Kirk is a principal of E2M and provides legal counsel in the sourcing and executing of transactions. Prior to joining E2M, Mr. Van Kirk was a partner of Baker Botts L.L.P., a national law firm of approximately 800 attorneys. During his 25 year legal career, Mr. Van Kirk has specialized in representing developers, investors and private equity funds in connection with the development and financing of various types of commercial real estate: office, resort, hotel, retail, mixed use, industrial, assisted living, land and multi-family. Mr. Van Kirk is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in management science and a graduate of The University of Chicago School of Law. He also obtained his Master in Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
