Mary Keeffe
Mary Keeffe’s responsibilities include cash management, accounting and investor reporting as well as managing the tax and accounting team. Over the past eighteen years, her responsibilities have included vice-president and controller of Eiger, a sponsor and manager of real estate funds; vice-president and controller of Rosewood Property Company, a real estate investment and operating company; accounting manager for Rosewood Management Corporation; and auditor for Kinder & Wyman, P.C., a CPA firm. She started her career at KPMG Peat Marwick in the Financial Services group, gaining audit and tax experience in the real estate area. Ms. Keeffe, a CPA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of the Dallas Real Estate Council.
