Patrick Rooney
Patrick Rooney joined E2M in June 2008, as a Financial Analyst in the Investment and Underwriting team. Prior to E2M, he was an Associate in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in Atlanta, and was primarily focused on underwriting and executing portfolio sale/leaseback strategies for regional and national commercial banks. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University with an Economics and History major and a Finance minor.
