Paul E. Rowsey
As a founder and the managing partner of E2M, Paul Rowsey directs and participates in the firm’s investment strategy, its execution and daily operations. Mr. Rowsey’s experience includes over twenty–five years’ in the real estate industry in a series of complementary roles. Prior to forming E2M, Mr. Rowsey was a founder and president of Eiger, Inc.; the president and a member of the board of directors of Rosewood Property Company; and a partner in Property Company of America. Mr. Rowsey received his Bachelor of Arts degree in management science, graduating magna cum laude from Duke University and graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He started his career as an attorney, specializing in commercial real estate. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
