Hamilton Bee Cave/Belvedere E2M Value Added Fund acquired 443.73 acres on the north side of Hamilton Pool Road, five miles west of Highway 71 in southwest Austin, Texas, in order to develop a master-planned, private, gated community and sell 222 single family residential lots. To date, 178 lots have been developed and 114 of these lots have been sold.
