Steve Kennedy
Steve Kennedy’s responsibilities include new investment underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for E2M. In addition to sourcing transactions, he also contributes to investor reporting. Mr. Kennedy’s experience has involved a wide range of positions in the real estate industry as principal and vice president of Eiger, Inc.; vice president of Rosewood Property Company; and project controller in the office and hotel/resort divisions of Criswell Development Company, a real estate development and management company. Mr. Kennedy began his career as operations analyst for Freedom Financial Corporation, a Dallas-based timeshare resort developer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is on the board of directors of The Real Estate Financial Executives Association and a member of the Dallas Real Estate Council.
