Bill Daves
Bill Daves is a partner of E2M and participates as a member of E2M’s Investment Committee. In his current position, he sources and executes real estate opportunities for the E2M Fund. Additionally, he manages the real estate portfolio as well as performs consulting services for Sammons Corporation. Prior to joining the firm, he was vice president of the real estate division at Sammons Corporation for eighteen years where he directed real estate investments, development, leasing, property management, acquisition and disposition. Mr. Daves began his career at The Staubach Company in the corporate services division where he represented the real estate interests of major companies. He holds the degree of Bachelor in Business Administration from Baylor University.
