E2M actively seeks to acquire, and in select cases provide development capital for, multifamily, assisted living, select service hotel, and industrial projects. Acquisitions account for a majority of investments, with a primary focus on multifamily. We strive to enhance cash flow through rebranding, capital improvements, and repositioning.
